Each student must bring school Diary to school everyday duly signed by parents.
The details in student’s Personal Memo(page) must be filled correctly by the parents in advance.
The students coming to the school on their own transport should arrive five minutes before the bell for assembly is rung. Bicycles must be kept locked. The students should not ride around in the school campus on a bicycle.
The morning bell before assembly is signal for all to go to their respective classrooms. This should be done promptly and in silence.
Changing of class rooms between periods should be done in an orderly manner and silently.
Students are not allowed to go home during the school time. In case of emergency, parents may contact the Principal.
Parents are advised to give limited money to their wards as Pocket money.
Students should be habitually clean and always neatly dressed. The school uniform should be worn on all working days and for all school functions. Students who are slovenly dressed or not in uniform will be sent home.
Care must be taken of all school property. No student should damage any school be reported at once to the class-teacher.
Recovery from any damage will be made from the concern student .No books(other rthan text books or library books), magazines or newspaper should be brought to the school.
Lending or borrowing of money or other articles is strictly prohibited.
Roll number,name,class and section of each student must be clearly written on all his/her belongings(books, notebooks, water bottles, lunch boxes and dress items etc. ) to avoid losses.
The school is not responsible for the loss or any valuable articles brought by the children to the school. It is not advisable to bring valuable articles like expensive watches, fountain pens, items of jewellery to school.
Student who commute to school with their escorts should never leave before the escort arrives. In case of delay , they should report to the school office.
The school reserves the right to suspend students whose progress in studies is unsatisfactory or whose conduct is harmful to other students.
A child who fails twice in the same class will not be permitted to continues his/her studies in the school.
Students are not allowed to use the school telephone without the permission of the Principal. They will not be called to answer phone calls during class hours.
A sick child should not be sent to school .In case of any emergency, the person must carry a letter from the parent to take the child home.
No shouting, whistling or running in the corridors of the school bulidings is allowed at any time.
At the time of departure the students should patiently and in an orderly manner wait for the buses and board their respective buses as soon as they arrive.
It is compulsory for all students to converse in English.
Cases of fighting , quarrelling , use of foul language, stealing, cheating, and theft etc. will be severly punished .
The student does not have any system of re-examination or re-evaluation.
The students have been divided into the following groups for participation in co-curricular activities.
Nursery to II
Group I
Class III to V
Group II
Class VI to VIII
Group III
Class to XII
Group IV
At games time, all students required to participate in the games. No excuses is acceptable in this context. Exemption would only be given on medical grounds.
The total number of school children from class 3rd onwards are equally divided into four houses(Aryabhatta, H.J.Bhabha, C.V.Raman & V.sarabhai). Encourage your children to participate in different Inter-House Activities.
