SIPS provides Gym classes to the students. Physical fitness is everyone’s desire. As we all believe in an old saying that a healthy mind resides in a healthy body. Advanced technology has its own share of challenges including access to information at the proof the hand.

A good gym class will provide a variety of activities that increase coordination. Students need proper support to endure a life transition and SIPS gym classes cover a variety of activities from health education to team sports gym class builds confidence in SIPS students. We offer classes thet appeal to all interest and fitness levels like Yoga (Which achieve physical, emotional and spiritual well being while strengthening the body), Studio Cycle (learn proper cycling techniques), mixed martial arts and many other exercise with new techniques and machines.
